Accessing Mental Health Services in Southwark

At the January 2015 Deanery Synod meeting, Ellorine Elliott gave a helpful presentation on the topic of Mental Health with reference to BME communities.  Ellorine has kindly sent on the hand out produced during the meeting with contacts of local services that can provide help, which is shown below.
